I have a tap that has been discontinued by American standard and it was an expensive tap for the kitchen - designer! I was waiting to see if the part could be ordered and some how the order got closed. Emma apologized went out of her way to text and gave me the part for free!! And apologized. It made my day. We all make mistakes and no one is perfect but everytime I deal with this company they are prompt and they rectified the mistake immediately !! It’s all in the way it’s handled😄😄
