The technician Kevin called ahead to let me know when he would arrive . He was upbeat, pleasant and very knowledgeable and got to work right away . He explained everything to me that needed to be done after be assessed the issue . He then showed me exactly what he had done as well after and shared some energy saving tips as well. I was very happy with the service I received . Thank you Kevin!!
Shawn Myers Was very thorough. He got our AC up and running, provided us with sound advice and connected us with sales for an appointment as we decided we would love ke a new AC due to the old age of our current one. We we very happy with his professionalism as well as the service he provided.
