Wow! Just WOW! It is a rare thing to find a business that is truly customer centered. There are truly good people working at Ron Kraft Auto Care. Yesterday, on our way out of town (to Toronto Airport) our van broke down across the street from this business. The employees graciously helped us to push it off of the street and into their lot while we left it there for 7 hours until we could return to have it towed. There are few people, let alone businesses, that would go so out of their way to help others in need. A huge THANK you to you and your staff. First time in for regular maintenance on my VW. Very polite staff, even though they are very busy. Completed the work promptly and the price paid was very reasonable. I will return, both for my vehicle and my wife's. Honest, straightforward business without the upsell and pressure from the dealer we had been using.

First time coming in today. Reasonable pricing for oil change and 30 point inspection. My car needed repair that they can also do, but the guy I spoke to recommended to work things out with the dealership regarding my warranty that lapsed not too long ago. Very respectful and didn’t push for it to be done at their auto shop which is honest and commendable. Will definitely come back for future services.
