If you want the real Inch company this is it don't get confused with the old Roy Inch as it's not the same company it was brought out by a large corporation. Peter Inch and Associates has solid techs and great management. When you call their head office you're talking to someone that lives in London rather then someone from overseas.
Craig provided very thorough service. He explained clearly with visuals that there was a problem with the furnace and temporarily fixed it until the part, which he promptly ordered, arrives. He assured me that it will be installed quickly after delivery. I might add that he has serviced our furnace in the past and has always demonstrated quality work!
Brandon, Josh, Craig, and Steve were absolutely amazing! Not only did they complete their work efficiently, but they were very conscientious and professional (wearing work booties to not make the floors wet and slippery). A very friendly and pleasant team to be around. 6/5 stars!
