Joe was great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions clearly and thoughtfully. I thought there would be more baiting stations but we trust that what Joe applied will do the trick.

A local employee came to perform a quick assessment and treatment of our pest issues. Areas I suggested were pest free are now covered with dead black and carpenter ants. Wow. I’m happy he listened to my concerns but used his own professional knowledge and judgment to treat the issue. So far I am very happy with the results. I still see ants a couple weeks later, but they are sick and dying. I believe the issue was more serious than I previously thought. I highly recommend this company. Hesitation could cause further issues down the road.

I deal with Orkin through my work in property management. Their team always go above and beyond. When we have irrelevant questions and they are swamped, they still make time, so we can make informed decisions. From the people in the office (special shout out to Sam who deals with my panic the most), and the great patient technicians who meet us and our tenants on site, to the level of service and detail to ensure our problems are resolved… I’m super impressed and very grateful for this team.
