We had an outstanding experience with Opal Building Company. Their customer service is truly top-notch: professional, attentive, and remarkably well organized. Communication was exceptional at every step: a dedicated WhatsApp group, a client portal, and clear weekly Friday updates kept us fully in the loop.
The quality of the work was equally impressive. The craftsmanship is superb, and the way they coordinated all the trades showed a level of precision and planning that we hadn't seen before. They were personable, responsive to every question, and proactive in addressing any issue that came up.
Having previously built with contractors, I found Opal Building Company a fresh approach. Their commitment to exceeding my every expectation in building a new custom ADU unit on an existing farm property while managing time and budget was exemplary. They consistently provided exception design guidance and project management and provided me with a home that I will cherish forever.
