Communication was exceptional at every step: a dedicated WhatsApp group, a client portal, and clear weekly Friday updates kept us fully in the loop.
The quality of the work was equally impressive. The craftsmanship is superb, and the way they coordinated all the trades showed a level of precision and planning that we hadn't seen before. They were personable, responsive to every question, and proactive in addressing any issue that came up.

Our main floor renovation project with Opal was truly an exceptional experience with a result that exceeded our expectations. From day 1, Kevin, Tyler and team worked hard to earn our business. Once they had it, they didn’t let up. The design work and planning was instrumental in helping my wife and I merge our styles.
