Not only was the service fast and helpful, the “nerd” I dealt with was super friendly and showed me how to optimize the performance of my laptop (which was in addition to the reason why I called). I will definitely consider Nerds On Site again in the future, should the need arise.

Your serviceman, Henry was great. He has a very good knowledge and was very polite. Being not knowledgeable myself about computers, he answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to call again if I have a problem.
