We’ve always had a great experience at Neighbourhood Auto in North London. The team is consistently helpful, prices are reasonable, and they genuinely try to work with their customers. Today, we had a brake fluid flush done on our Hyundai, and the pricing was very fair. A special thanks to Christine and the rest of the crew for getting our car in so quickly and taking the time to check the fluid before replacing it, ensuring it was needed. I’ll be a returning customer. Overall always very positive.

Been here a couple of times and they are very professional and pleasant. Relatively quick service, and they don’t try to pressure you into anything you don’t need. This will be my go-to for anything car related from now on!

My husband and I have had Neighbourhood Auto Plus fix our car in the past, always with good results. Most recently (early July 2024) there was an emergency problem as the car had suddenly broken down, so I got the car to Neighbourhood Auto Plus to be repaired. Initially the problem seemed to be a broken fan belt, but that turned out to be the result of alternator failure. As previously, the staff at Neighbourhood Auto were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was given precise, honest advice and assistance in deciding on the best course of action.
