The M&K Tech that was just here for service was excellent. Ahmed was very friendly and thorough . He diagnosed the problem quickly , ordered the appropriate parts for replacement, but in the mean time for our Furnace up and running. Quick service - 90:min from when I called to say we had no heat to when repair Technician showed up. Thanks again

The furnace service started out well with technician (Mark) providing professional and competent diagnostic service. We had a bit of a miscommunication through the parts department, but the staff are good and decent people. Mistakes get made, but it is how they are corrected that matters. In the end, management made it right and we are happy with how we were treated.

Had Mark D from M and K heating come to diagnose a furnace issue today. He showed up in very good time, he was extremely polite and happy it was a pleasure to deal with him. He did very thorough work he got down to the root cause and did not leave until I was satisfied with his work. A++ experience!
