Basically the agency holding the resources, that they control very tightly. Unless you're dying - and even then- you'll receive very little resources. They'd prefer you don't get any. Very top heavy organization. Dollars should go to the clients and families, not the purse holders.

If I could give them no stars I would. They only care about the money my mother and my dad's palliative dr can't even get a simple phone call from my dad's caseworker. They all should be fired. This is pretty much elder abuse and neglect

We had a great experience. Anna was absolutely amazing and helped me and my family get a great family doctor. They stayed is contact with us and are very compassionate people. Thanks for all the assistance Anna.
