This Lobaws is exceptional, all the staff are. Val is one of the nicest cashiers, always friendly, if she is there we try to get in her lane to say hi. We now live in St Thomas, but still come back here as this Loblaws has products that the Superstore in St Thomas doesn't have. This store is always nice and clean and tidy. Would recommend coming to this Loblaws, we will definitely continue coming here.

I came early one morning to get some last-minute flowers for my daughter's graduation. However, the person working in the florist department hadn't arrived yet. As I explained my dilemma to a worker close to the tills - she got right into the zone and said she didn't usually work in this department but she would do her best to make the flower bouquet look polished and pretty. Which she did!! I was so thankful, and as a result, I didn't feel like such a bad mother getting my daughter's graduation flower bouquet at the last minute. Lots of great fresh produce and meats. Good frozen food selection. Only thing I was mad at was that the cashier forgot to use a high value coupon I had. The store at the cashiers area was really warm.
