LeafFilter did repairs to my existing eavestrough. The snow and ice had caused a lot of damage from winter. The company was quick to respond with quotes for new gutters, versus repairs. I had chosen repairs, and they quickly sent a crew the next day. It looks great, was quite affordable and now much, much stronger to withhold our nasty winter weather.
This review is for the Estimate/Install process. Matt came to our home and did a presentation of the product. Shalee out of the London Office of LeaFilter arranged the date and Patrick and Josh did the install. All was done with positive interactions and the job was done well with very little debris left. We look forward to the re-review on our 6 month anniversary of the install to see how the product stands up to our tree lined house! Thanks All!
Melany was very professional and pleasant. She took me with her to get a clear understanding of our desires and expectations to protect our home against flooding from obstructed gutters. She patiently reviewed the materials that would be used in the installation, the cleaning and aligning of our existing gutters and demonstrated how the leaf filter system would work to keep the gutters open and draining. She went through the attestations of quality from various sources including the Better Business Bureau.
She offered a 35% discount and presented the quote explaining the payment options and warranty which is transferable.
