I had been suffering in pain for a year I came across a post for spinal decompression I read a few reviews and called the office to book. The front desk ladies are absolutely amazing and Dr Jeff listens to everything your saying he reviewed all my test results and then provided a detailed treatment assessment and just like that I was booked into start treatment and from the first visit I have seen incredible changes. Got the last year I could not stand longer than 20 minutes and was loosing feeling to my leg and now I am no longer loosing feeling to my leg and I can do normal things like standing for long periods of time with no pain. On July 10, 2025 I arrived at the Kay Harris Chiropractic & Wellness Centre with very high hopes & dreams. I had been suffering 6 months from a compressed lower spine injury caused by a fall. My whole lifestyle had been upended because the pain was unbearable even with medications. I found I couldn’t stand, sit or even lay down without stabbing pain. Normal activities like walking, Pilates, golfing and even visiting with friends were not possible. I needed help…. desperately!

I highly recommend Dr. Harris! He is very professional and willing to explain everything in great detail. I’ve had adjustments done with him a few times now and I already see improvements!
Also his front desk staff are so nice and accommodating :)
