Last night I had a leak in my tire. It is the only car I have and I need it for work. I took a chance and dropped by Kal Tire. It was late! Just before closing. The gentleman behind the counter told me his only tech was busy and he would see what he could do. The man (Stupid me did not get his name) brought my car in and worked on it himself. The other tech helped when he was done his job. My tire was fixed and I left 15 mins after they closed. They did not complain about staying late or serving me. Came in with snow tires frozen in the back of my truck. They got to work dealing with the challenge of thawing them out and had to work past close getting my tire change done. No attitude or drama. Professional and pleasant. Thank you Kal Tire Wharncliffe

I am very happy with my experience at this Kal Tire location. As many others here have said previously - Assistant Manager Christian is the person you want to talk to. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, Christian brings just another level of customer service to his work. He helped me put together a winter wheel and tire package, and took the time to answer all of my questions and requests. I WANTED to give Kal Tire my business.
The interior of the premise is also clean and organized with a few chairs for people to sit and wait. There is also a large window where you can see the people in the shop work on vehicles. They also store your... read full review
