Taylor is honestly in a league of her own. Her facials are that perfect mix of relaxing, effective, and thoughtful. She never pushes products or upsells — it’s all about what your skin actually needs, which I really appreciate. She has such a calm, kind way about her that you instantly feel comfortable, and Jova itself is super cozy, down-to-earth and welcoming.
