I called for a service to my furnace and arranged for Monday afternoon. Monday morning I called and wanted to double check that they'd be in the afternoon. I said I arranged to get out of work early (3 pm) to be there for the call.At 2:50 they called back and said they wouldn't be able to make it by 3! I received 10 minutes notification. They said they would call back and I haven't heard anything from them since.Don't waste your time!
More went wrong with the install then right. Didn't solve our heating issues, even after a new furnace. Didn't do a great job installing the new furnace (missing screws, loose clamps etc). When the pump failed a short time after took no responsibility and didn't even show up until three days later. Awful!
