We purchased a vehicle from Highbury Ford, and the entire process, from the initial outreach to the handover a week later, was responsive and smooth. Everyone we worked with was sincere, not pushy, and genuinely focused on earning our business and making us feel welcome. We will definitely consider returning to Highbury Ford for future vehicle purchases.
Where do I even begin with this 1000/10 experience? When we walked into Ford, my husband and I had already been to a few dealerships and I was not loving the car shopping experience. We walked in and Phil greeted us. We told him we were looking for an SUV and that we didn't care about new vs pre-owned, so he walked us right outside and around the fleet and whatever caught our eye we test drove. He was so helpful, knowledgeable on the fleet, and personable. We test drove two vehicles and he let us do it without him so we could talk it out unfiltered haha! I recently had a wonderful experience with Brian, the Collision Centre Manager, and I want to express my appreciation for the team's outstanding service. From my very first call, Karen, who handled my inquiry, was exceptionally friendly and efficient. She encouraged me to come in and assured me they would do everything possible to assist with my front-end issue. Despite the recent snowstorm keeping them quite busy, they managed to expedite shipping the necessary part overnight and fit me in for service the very next morning.
