Sarah is an amazing osteopath! Super educated and you could tell she knew what she was doing. So happy I found her for my second birth (she was highly recommended by The Dynamic Doulas). I only had to go to her once at 38 weeks pregnant and I immediately felt so much better afterwards. From a traumatic C-section birth with my first baby, to a successful (quick and relatively easy), natural VBAC with my second. I really feel like Sarah played a big role in this (along with very supportive midwives and doulas). Literally had a “dream” birth. Highly recommend if you’re pregnant and wanting a VBAC, uneventful birth, home birth, etc.
