Refinishing floors can be a nasty experience BUT the two fellows who did our floors were very thorough, helpful and pleasant to be around. They told us what to expect and gave us choices (with examples). It was a pleasant experience and the floors are, of course, beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

We decided to go with Flatout after checking out a number of flooring stores. We had the pleasure of working with Agata. Agata was friendly, personable, and so accommodating. She responded quickly to our questions and provided excellent customer service. Agata sent install pictures to us of products we were considering which helped us so much in making our flooring choice. We loved that Flatout was able to work with us to book an install date that worked for our contractor. Zach prepped and installed our flooring quickly and efficiently. Thanks for everything Flatout! We can’t wait to enjoy our new space.
