I can’t say enough great things about Moe and my first experience at Fayez! The front desk team was so kind and flexible—even after I had to reschedule more than once. During the consultation and appointment, Moe took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and was incredibly patient (even when I had to take work calls mid-appointment).
Not only was he understanding when I had to leave early because I wasn’t feeling well, but he’s also the first stylist in London who managed to colour my curly hair without bleach! Amazing experience today. My daughter Brooklyn and I had gift cards for spa pedicures and we had a really relaxing time. The girls doing our pedicures were wonderful. And our toes look beautiful. All the staff were so nice. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to others!
