I was lucky enough to go in quickly on a cancellation. I have always been treated with respect and friendliness from all the staff and particularly Dodie. Even the little things like being offered a beverage is so thoughtful And adds to the enjoyment of the visit.
And my highlights were exceptional as well as the cut. I was very pleased. As I always am when I come here.

From the moment I walked in I felt so invited, the whole staff is so so sweet?
I had Kevin wash, cut, and style my hair. Kevin is the sweetest person so kind hearted and really took the time to sit down with me and talk about exactly what I was looking for during my visit.
I have been to other hair salons here in London and there has never been a time where someone has sat down with me to address any concerns or questions I may have
Kevin was extremely thoughtful and took the time to even get to know me beyond just a stylist to client relationship but as person which is just as important.

I had a lovely experience at Essence! I came in with choppy, uneven layers I had cut myself, and Kevin really took his time to assess my hair and address my concerns. He gave me a thorough tour of the salon as well, explaining all the products he was using and patiently answering any questions. I felt the price was very reasonable for the care you receive here! All the other staff also seemed so warm and kind. I left with my hair cut beautifully, and I'm looking forward to returning! Thank you!
