Deacon Flooring has been fantastic every step of the way through our project - 3 different types of flooring throughout the entire house. Dan was very kind and knowledgeable, never pushy, and walked us through the entire process - including a drive out to our home a good distance away off-hours to do a walkthrough with us.
Had a bit of trouble with scheduling and some of the material, but the company handled it very well - got a call from the owner directly that was much appreciated, and everything still wrapped up on-time in the end.

Deacon flooring has amazing customer service! Tyler did our delivery and he was very personable. Tyler made quick work and was on time with text updates for delivery, no waiting around all day. Jim and his wife offered competivie pricing with quality product. It didn't take long to get ordered and I felt overall this was a great experience. I couldn't reccomend them more.
