Deacon very professionally removed 30 yr old tile and carpet, leveled and then installed wide plank LVP, January 2024. Over the course of the year a small 1/4” gap appeared in the doorway. It took one email a week ago (May 2025) and they send out someone who quickly got rid of the gap. That is service!!!!

Job well done! Again! This is our third purchase with Deacon Flooring in the past 25 years and obviously we have been very happy with them and spread the word whenever we can. I am not sure if the same people are still there during this 25 years but even so they are still a great team to work with. Dan Duffy was fantastic from the moment I talked to him on the phone until we settled up our account. Great sense of humour, very knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive to any situation that arose. The installation team were also very good. Deacon Flooring just completed installing our new floor and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From initial consult with Dan, chatting with Jim and Gail and install with Eric and Gus, it has been a true 5 star experience. Watching Eric and Gus work together to install the flooring - they took such care in selecting each plank to make sure it looked perfect. Each cut was made with precision, and the stairs...chef's kiss! Thank you!
