I have tried so many salons in London and have always left disappointed—until today! I booked with Sydney at Chatters and she did an absolutely amazing job. I came in wanting a very specific, low-maintenance layered cut with thin, wispy bangs. Sydney actually listened to my instructions perfectly and knew exactly how to work with my naturally straight hair. I've been going to Alicia for years now and she is the best. Very sweet, very reasonable. Pays a lot of attention to what I need. I have thinning hair and she takes very good care to make sure that I don't feel bad about it and that she works with the amount of hair I have left. Super sensitive. Lovely place to visit.
