Centura London offers a great selection of products and competitive prices, making it a popular choice among customers. The staff is described as extremely attentive and insightful, providing helpful customer service. One employee, noted for her expertise, significantly improved a customer's experience by creating mood boards and guiding them through product options. However, there were some concerns about the return policy on unused building materials and initial unhelpfulness from some staff members. Overall, Centura London is highly recommended for its attentive service and product variety.
We have selected tile here on numerous occasions and are really happy with every one of our choices. Really appreciate Wendy being able to get our latest selection despite some hiccups early on. Centura recommended Dave Watkins to do our job and we couldn't be happier. Dave was patient, transparent and made sure to stick to the schedule regardless of some additional items added to his list. His tiling skill and construction prowess are top notch. Thanks so much!!!
Our Tiling team just completed another Gauged Porcelain Training event put on by Dean and Carman from the Centura Tools side of Centura. It was excellent & informative and we came away with a greater knowledge and appreciating for the industry & process.
