I’m very happy with the service doctor Cheung and her staff provide. It’s nothing like the typical quick in-and-out vet experience I’ve had elsewhere. They sent me a very detailed email about my cat, summarizing everything we discussed and providing lots of helpful advice. They took the time to thoroughly assess my cat’s health and you can tell they genuinely care. My cat is usually very nervous after the vet, but he was acting very clam and happy this time. I will definitely bring my cat here from now on. I hope others who read this have the same positive experience that I did.

I’ve been taking my guys here since 2008. The staff is wonderful, caring and compassionate. I’ve always had a great experience, no matter how difficult the prognosis. 10/10 recommend!

They are awesome. My Russian Blue has had the good fortune to board there while my condo windows were being replaced. They are also her primary medical care team. ♥️ them. They're kind and efficient.
