I have had my windows for a few years and unfortunately, I've been disappointed with the quality. Very early on, one broke. Someone came and attempted to fix it, however since then the same piece has failed again. I now have problems with most of the installed windows and have a representative coming next week.
I understand that issues can arise (thankfully with a warranty) however, with the high price of these windows, I'm disappointed to see so many experiencing issues. The issues differ from window to window, but all happened despite very basic day to day use. I'm hopeful that these can be resolved when the person comes next week and that the issues will not recur.

I had my living room window and garage window replaced. Doug & Paco, the installers did a phenomenal job! They even had to replace some of the framing that had deteriorated around the old windows. The new windows look amazing! Thank you.

Extremely happy with the new door installation! Ryan Dasilva was knowledgeable, responsive, and took great care to make sure everything was perfectly aligned. We got a dining room window and a patio door installed-Justin and PJ were fantastic their work was incredible they worked so well together.About 5 years ago we got a front door and a garage door going into the house-installed I’m extremely impressed and very pleased of their products.I would recommend Centennial Window and Door.Thanks you for such a wonderful service.

We had the biggest window in our home replaced today. Mat and Jeremy were so professional with removal and installation. Both Mat and Jeremy were kind, polite and professional. Any questions I had they were able to answer efficiently. We highly recommend Centennial Windows & Doors for any of your needs and we look forward to using them again in the future. We wanted to say thank you for the excellent service we received with our installers Zac G and Taylor C as well as the speedy response time and assurances with our salesman Chris C. Sales pitch was professional and absolutely not pushy which is what helped in our decision and installation days were fast, efficient, and most importantly clean !! Even in incredibly awful weather during installation this the guys were kind, polite, and worked their butts off the whole time. We also had a really tight spot in our kitchen for them to work with and they completed the job perfectly. We are incredibly thankful that they took care of everything and now we have some beautiful upgrades to our home. Thank you from YM and JM!!

I had to have a door replaced under warranty (incredible warranty!). The office was excellent in dealing with all my questions. Ron and Margaret were wonderful. On installation day, Zac and Taylor went above and beyond. So efficient and so kind to my elderly mother, who asked soooo many questions. I could not reccomend them more! Thank you to all that helped us. Our door looks AMAZING.

UPDATE... OUR DOORS ARE WARPING AND PEELING. it's been a couple years. We had our front door replaced under warranty for warping and peeling. New door has done the same thing. Our back door is now chipping in places and everytime I wipe it down paint comes with it. I'm using Lysol diluted with water. In my opinion that should not be happening. Will never purchase from them again. For the price we paid it's ridiculous.
Our salesman Roger was very friendly and informative. We had our kitchen window, front door and back door installed today by Henry and Nick. They did an amazing job. However due to all this covid business our storm door was on backorder. We are hoping it will be in soon and installed with the same excellent service we got today. Thank you!
