Called ahead to see if they had an S23 Ultra for my mum to purchase. When we arrived they handed us the phone and it was in AMAZING condition. No problems whatsoever. Friendly and knowledgeable staff member (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!). We weren't there very long, which shows how well the whole purchasing process went! I can't speak to the repair work they do but from a purchasing standpoint, 5 stars!

I can't say enough about the magic they performed on my daughter's cell phone this weekend! It was run over by cars on a road when my husband brought it in. Looked hopeless to all of us. They performed their magic, we got it back looking like new, face and back new, new rear camera, new battery. All data in tact. Much less than replacing the phone, and so happy not to loose the memories stored on the phone. Thank you so much!

Went in for what I thought was a screen replacement and they let me know it was just my protector that shattered. They replaced both my front and back screen protectors with the ones that I had brought with me in minutes and did not charge me. Very friendly and fast and I will for sure go back when I need any other work done.
