called in and got an appointment same day. were very fast and repaired my screen in an hour. they also were very accommodating with price matching. very good service, 5 stars all around

Excellent customer service. The phone I brought in for repair, the part (battery) was ordered and I was promptly informed. Yash, was very helpful, upfront and honest about costs and necessary interventions. Highly recommended.

I came to Cellular Magician in Sherwood Forest Mall after somehow putting my Samsung S24 phone into a kind of stasis. Nothing I tried was able to bring it back. I saw Yash there, who was able to quickly restart it and send me on my way with all my data intact. Thank you Yash and thank you Cellular Magician!!!
