My experience with this company is horrible, very unreliable, my air conditioner is frozen phone several times the emergency line doesn’t answer, left multiple emails for emergency service since my air conditioner still is under warranty didn’t received any response, so if something gets broken you can be assured this company emergency line will not respond to you. I will also inform the media of my experiences also with payments

Does anyone here know how to reach someone at Casi? They installed a heat pump/mini split for me in the fall. The heating portion works well but I'm having issues with the A/C. I've tried calling all numbers on their website as well as sending emails to all addresses I could find. I've been trying for 2+ weeks and have heard nothing back.

I signed a contract during a very smooth presentation. However, the company has proven unreliable and untrustworthy. No one can be contacted and did not cancelupon request.

Horrible service.Waited for someone to get back to me because my hot water on demand tank leaked.Had no hot water for couple weeks then had to purchase a tank elsewhere.Never ever ever again do I want to deal with this company again.Had more issues than this but this last thing that happened is enough!

I had John from Casi come and do the bi annual warranty check on my furnace. Great guy, straight shooter, knows what he’s talking about and did a great job. Will continue with Casi just for his service alone.

John came out today to do a follow-up inspection of ducts and furnace etc. He was such a.pleasure to deal with . This is a 2nd followup after having ducts cleaned in Aug2022. I think it's amazing that Casi does these followups for us . No charge and he was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. He explained everything that I wanted and needed to know in easy terms that made total sense. Didn't push for sales at all like so many do. It was a fantastic experience and i look forward dealing with John again.

Great experience with Casi. My first experience was 2 years ago when I contacted Casi for a duct cleaning, since this work was completed, every semester a technician stops by to check our system. Now, I had a better experience after asking for help with the water softener. Troy checked our water parameters and gave us alternatives to improve our system.I would highly recommend this company
