Hello I am afraid that I found your online program this year very difficult to use. I inadvertently filed when I was filling out the beginning part of the on line portion. I eventually gave us and called and one of the accounts helped me and just did everything through a scan of my forms - very helpful. A frustrating start but turned out fine in the end.

“I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this office. I was charged $282 just for income tax service for me—one person— its not $45 or $60 yes I say $282 and I had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour . This was completely unprofessional.👎👎👎

I love this company for filing my income tax! The check lists and forms, are very helpful for reminding me what information needs to be included and what order! This makes tax preparation so much easier. They are also quite prompt in communicating with me and the CRA. This company is great for handling my personal taxes and my business taxes.
