This was my first dealing with this company and I will never ever use them again. I did my taxes at first and then I had to go in to get an addition done a week later. The man that I dealt with today did not seem to know what he was talking about was going based on the original tax refund and not on the additional part claiming that I would be owing CRA instead of looking at the part that he needed to be looking at because the part that was being added had nothing to do with the original tax refund. When I explained to him that I just needed the extra proof of vehicle info from my job sent to CRA, he got very ignorant towards me telling me that I was being a very hard to deal with client for everyone, even though he is the only one that was giving me any kind of problems from there almost like he was trying to talk me out of sending the stuff they needed to have even though I had already paid the extra $60 to them to have the additional done and I wasn't even getting ignorant towards him. He was very narcissistic with his words.
Prices DOUBLED since last year 45$ to 90$.. No more after this year, and from recommending many many new customers, no more after a decade of loyal local services.
