I had Builders Choice replace my furnace, hot water tank and install a heat pump. They were terrific to deal with. The sales team, installation techs.and follow up was very professional. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. All questions answered in a polite and knowledgeable manner. They followed up to ensure satisfaction after completion of work. It appears they actually care. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend.
I feel like I won the lottery! Miserable weather and our furnace needed replacing. Called to order on Monday, they were here Wednesday to measure, arrived this morning a few minutes before 9. It's 2:00 ish and they're done! It was an opportunity to work with this FABULOUS company. Jason, the manager was stellar to deal with and I'm so sorry I didn't get the guys names that came today. This company consistently has come through for us, great pricing, great service.
