very good place, when i first entered, i was standing alone, standing just out of reach, foot on the brakes, but i remember that i need to go on day after day as i fall from behind, i was kept away from being who i am, no more chains on me, so give me strength so i can BREAK FREE.
I had a great experience with Corey. He took the time to really understand what was going on with my shoulder and gave a very thoughtful, detailed diagnosis. It wasn’t just generic advice — everything was clearly tailored to my situation.
I followed the exercises he prescribed, and within about 6 weeks my shoulder was pretty much back to normal. The improvement was amazing.
What stood out most was how attentive and precise he was throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting to the root of the issue and helping you recover properly.
