Tara is amazing! I took a very bad fall and my shoulder was damaged. She built a program for me, took into consideration my schedule and equipment I had and I am roiled to say my shoulder is back to normal. As well as her incredible knowledge, she is an awesome human who cares.
I had been suffering from neck and should pain for more than two years due to golf injury. I had tried all kinds of treatments out there but nothing worked. Then a friend recommended Breakfree so I decided to give it a try because they offer dry needling which can help reduce muscle tension, relieve pain and improve movements. I saw Corey Kim for my shoulder/chest injury. Very helpful. Great care. Quality of life is much better. I have been to many physios for this issue. Highly recommend him.
