I am so thankful I came in today to chat with the Mobile desk today about new phone offers. Rayan and Abish were so friendly, knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service. They even stayed later than closing at 8 pm to help us out and switch mobile plans. Highly recommend this location and these two employees.
It was a great experience shopping at Best Buy. Terren was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and easy. Special thanks as well to his manager Dan for the support and professionalism.
Cell phone season. Came here just a bit before Black Friday to avoid the masses. Upgraded 3 of 4 cello phones in house. Dan and Abish combined to provide my wife and I outstanding customer service. So much so that I even did the survey on my receipt in the hopes the company acknowledges them.
Abish handled the lion's share of the cell upgrades. He's damn good at his job. Helped us above and beyond and we could tell he's knowledgeable bc other employees asked his opinion on some things too. I like his service so much I would have tipped him however the company frowns on that. Do better Best Buy. Or hopefully give him a raise.
