Kayla is awesome!!! My eyebrows were a mess -- I had not had great experiences at other places, they tended to overtweeze and I didn't think there was much to work with. I went in for a tint and cleanup of scattered eyebrow hairs and Kayla did her magic! By the end of my appt, I had fuller brows and the shade of tint was perfect. Kayla did an excellent job shaping and waxing my brows to my exact specifications. I had pending trauma from a brow service from years ago which prevented me from getting my brows done for years. However, Kayla restored my confidence through her patience and excellence. She was patient to check in with me and make adjustments as necessary, but most importantly, she was an excellent conversationalist throughout the appointment. Really enjoyed the appointment and the results. Bonus: the wax is amazing -- minimal pain and very small downtime. I will be a regular moving forward!
