Jugraj arrived at our home to complete the annual maintenance checkup of our air conditioning unit. He was very professional and completed the inspection in a very efficient manner. He explained the process and told us that the unit was operating normally. He provided us with a report (sent via email) that included pictures and details of the work that was completed.
He recommended that we have our ductwork cleaned and we agreed. He took the time to explain the benefits of the service and arranged a future appointment for that service.
