I've used Aire One twice now, once in a sudden breakdown situation and once for scheduled maintenance. With the sudden breakdown Aire One was the only service in town that would actually come out to assess the problem within 24 hours, all others said it would be at least one week of dealing with a massive water leak. Aire One was very accommodating and understanding of the problem and sent a repair technician with 24 hours. He was fantastic, determined the problem quickly, ensured there were no other issues, and even showed me how to prevent the problem again. Had Shawn from air one come out and give me an estimate for a heat pump and furnace installation the other day and couldn't be more pleased with the job they did.
Saife and Mike did a great job.
Mike was very thorough on the final inspection and final tune ups.
Found a few areas when I was losing air pressure and took the required modification to get more air flow.
Definately notice a difference.
Plus you can't beat the price from air one compared to its competition.
The company installed my new water heater, furnace and heat pump, replacing all of our HVAC equipment in a 20-year-old house that had never had any maintenance done.
Through it all, they did an excellent job, going above what was contracted. For example, they covered a gas line that was improperly sealed by the previous owners, and connected a C cable to my smart thermostat so it could work better. Shawn and Saif were knowledgeable and informative through the whole process. Thank you for the excellent work.
