I was referred to Dr Cowger and no one called me to advise me of my appointment. I received a confirmation call 2 days before and was unable to make the appointment as I can't get work off with such short notice. I was advised the soonest they could book me in for is 6 months later, at a 2:30pm time slot. They mentioned I could call ahead of time to make sure he's on time as he's often behind. Today I called an hour before my appointment and was told he was on time. I went to my appointment and waited nearly an hour, then asked if I would be seen by 4 as I had another appointment. Dr. Julia Noh at the SOAHAC dental clinic is the worst I’ve ever seen. Absolutely no communication skills. The office never once called me as caregiver for my father to tell me her diagnosis and she made me attend along with my father an appointment that lasted 5 minutes to tell me something a phone call could have done. She also made a comment insinuating I wanted her to do something that she wasn’t wanting to do, which I took offence too.

I followed up two months after doing a couple tests and hadn’t gotten the results. I was told I had to book an appointment to get the results. I was scheduled to have my appointment at 10am, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. After over an hour of waiting and cancelling an existing appointment while waiting, I finally met with the doctor, to only find that the results weren’t available and I need to redo the tests and schedule another appointment to discuss the results. Furthermore, I had to create a separate referral for a different issue. You can’t discuss more than one issue per appointment.
