Had an 11am appointment for a hair cut and when I got there I found a note on the door saying 'sorry we are sick today' imagine that!!! I had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes for my ordered Lyft to take me back home! Wasted time and money! All they had to do was call me😕Very poor customer service.

Great service, Even though I was 30 minutes early. She still did an amazing job. And also cant beat the price. I'll most definitely be coming back for my kids hair cuts
