Great experience. I arrived at open and just about turned around when I seen the line out the building. I stayed and was seen within an hour. The staff is friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for me. Need more health care professionals like them.
Went here today for my first time and everyone was great. Girls behind the counter were very friendly and the Dr was fantastic. Did I have to wait? Of course, it's an urgent care what do you expect.
I’m honestly confused with why the clinic has such a bad rating but after reading some of the reviews it’s more just people being annoyed that it’s busy???? Like what?? lol. My advice is go early if you don’t have an appointment which I guess only some doctors can get for you (not sure how that works) But if you aim to be there at 4:45/4:50pm there won’t be much of a line. I’ve been multiple times and have been in and out very quickly. Yes it gets busy fast, doors open for people who have appointments at 5:30 then opens to everyone else shortly after. Yes it sucks to wait outside especially in bad weather. BUT it is still 100% faster, quieter, and less busy...read full review
