I walked in around 10:50 am. There was no one in the waiting room so I went straight back. The girl who drew my blood found the vein easily (not usual at all for me) and the whole process was quick and painless. I didn’t catch her name, but she was excellent!
The staff are always friendly and efficient. And now that I can use the appointment reservation, it is easy to book a timeslot that works for me and allows me to manage my time. So convenient!
I was there Friday may 15th, waiting just like the other people, this man who had an 8am appointment thought he was God and went to the front of the line,he was very rude when told he would be called as she was registering a couple people before him. it was 7:50. well I never seen a grown man so rude in my life.
the staff were all good trying to settle him down over nothing, they put up with alot of shit. then when he was called at 7:58 it didn't end there he continued to be disrespectful.
Great job staff sorry for some entitled individuals.
