I was there Friday may 15th, waiting just like the other people, this man who had an 8am appointment thought he was God and went to the front of the line,he was very rude when told he would be called as she was registering a couple people before him. it was 7:50. well I never seen a grown man so rude in my life.
the staff were all good trying to settle him down over nothing, they put up with alot of shit. then when he was called at 7:58 it didn't end there he continued to be disrespectful.
Great job staff sorry for some entitled individuals.
I had the misfortune of arriving for my appointment without all of the necessary documentation. I almost turned around, but decided to take a chance and see if they would still see me.
Michelle was doing.intake and, though the clinic was busy and a line was forming behind me, she took the time to look up my file to ensure I'd be attended to.

Great experience today at Life labs. I arrived early (1 hour before opening as I know things get hectic early in the day) I was first in line. Great check-in process and then great bloodwork with nurse Kat. If you're organized, and on time there are no issues with this location...
