They are not low cost but they are everything else that is good. David was explanatory and efficient in assessing our two problem toilets and replacing one of them within a day or two of my call. We are definitely calling on Cardinal again.

I needed to have electric baseboard heaters installed in my entire house. After contacting Cardinal they arrived the next day to provide a quote for all services I wanted done and answered all of my questions. Work was completed in a week and I am so very happy with all of their work. Many thanks.
