We had previously used Karlson to repair our AC unit. This time it was our furnace. Our furnace quit working on a very cold day in the winter. I called and was greated by a lovely lady who took my name and number and said she would have the owner (I assume ) call me within the hour. He called within half an hour and they quickly had a technician out to our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem but didn't have the parts he needed. The technician left us some space heaters to use for the night and was back the next day to fix our furnace. We are very grateful for Karlson heating. Our children and us appreciate your quick service!

I called them for an estimate to fix / replace 2 toilets. Was very surprised when I got a bill for $140 to replace a fill valve. They never did call me with the estimate.Service: Toilet repair
