Had an issue with a tankless water heater. Grossi quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Very professional, explained the issue in detail, made the correction and tested thoroughly. Could not be any happier with the service provided.

They answered my call in a very professional manner. They were polite and courteous and booked a technician for appointment in the middle of winter when our furnace was not giving heat. The technician was absolutely the same way as well as very knowledgeable. He even explained what was wrong, how he could fix the problem and did so in a manner which I understood. Very efficient and at a price less than I thought it would be. Great job Grossi's you made my wife's day! Highly recommended by us!

Grossi Plumbing & Heating helped me get heat back in my home over the 2019 Christmas Holidays. The pilot kicked-out and it was starting to get cold quickly across the house and we were entertaining guests. I called Grossi's in a panic and the dispatch explained to me that a emergency call, at this hour, during a Holiday was going to be costly, as most tech's were with their own families as well. After explaining the situation, she gave me the number to one of the technicians and we were able to fix it together over the phone, by cleaning the pilot with some simple steelwool.
