HP completed the work on our house when it was built.
We had an issue with our shower system and we reached out to HP to fix the issues, they were helpful and responsive.
The fix was simple and something we could do ourselves, the issue was finding the part needed.
HP tracked down the part and gave us the part for free.
They didn’t try to talk us out of it and hit us with a bill for a simple task.
This is a perfect example of how a business should operate.
I tried to pay for the part and they wouldn’t accept payment.
