He gave me his cell so I could contact him before I took her out. He pet her when she was excited to see a stranger. I was blown away.

And then - as if that wasn't great enough - he remembered and texted me when they arrived a few weeks later to do the gutters.

He explained the procedure prior to starting the job and also during the time that he was proceeding with the clean out, he even went over the different parts in the chimney he provided us with a thorough education, gave us a timeframe to have the chimney cleaned again and advise us that we needed a cap that would keep dirt and moisture out.
