I called them to check my fireplace in my new home. They sent someone out the same day. When he seen that my fireplace didn't need any service, he was willing to clean and service my second fireplace which is gas. Plus he show me how to use it.
I was having smoke backup issues and called Detroit City Sweep. They diagnosed the problem quickly, cleaned the flue, and fixed it by recommending a chimney liner. Fair price, great communication, and they cleaned up better than they found it. So relieved and impressed.
I had an excellent experience with Detroit City Sweep. The crew did excellent work. They completed the job in the time that they said it would take and I was kept informed at each step. The clean up was well done. The crew was friendly and professional. The price was within my budget. I'd recommend this company and will definitely use them if I ever need service. Thank you Detroit City Sweep. If I may also mention, the ladies in the office are also nice and professional and very accommodating.
