I was very impressed with the service I got from Dr. Lofsky, It’s the third vet I had taken my dog. She is a cocker Spaniel and often develops ear infections. Dr. Lofsky was able to come up with a permanent solution to prevent my dog Holly from developing further infections. I was very pleased, he was also gentle and caring for my cat Kiara who is terrified of the vet. He was able to calm her and give her a shot without any issues. I would definitely recommend this vet, also the grooming next is also amazing.
I find WVC very thorough and helpful in providing additional resources. I booked a behavioral consultation as I'm having trouble with my newest cat being excessively aggressive with my resident cat. I mentioned about the questionnaire I was asked to complete in advance of the consultand what it contained to a colleague who also brought their cat to their Vet for a behavioural consultation and he said it didn't come close to the thoroughness that WVC was taking. In general, my options and costs are always fully explained to help me make good decisions. Myself and my kitties have always been handled with compassion and good care.
