After a series of frustrating experiences with other stores, we were delighted to speak with Irina, a kind & efficient sales associate at T&A Appliances in Waterloo. Irina helped us purchase a new stove over the phone and arranged for its delivery in just 2 days, making the entire experience both easy and pleasant. The delivery persons, Jason & Samuel, were equally efficient & considerate. By far, our best experience in buying an appliance & a highly recommended store & sales associate.
We recently purchased a LG washer and dryer set and a Broil King Baron bbq from TA Appliances. The salesman (Sam) was extremely professional and helpful. The products were delivered on time and as scheduled. The delivery personal did an amazing job in removing the old units and setting up the new. We are extremely satisfied with TA Appliances and would highly recommend them for any appliance needs.
Went to the store to simply purchase a barbecue cover for my crown 400 pellet barbecue. Took several phone calls to finally get confirmation that they’re going to send me the barbecue cover. Originally showed they had two in inventory at the Kitchener store, which they couldn’t find. So they told me they would ship to my address. The person that told me they would ship was a warehouse employee next-door, where I went to pick it up originally. I didn’t feel confident since I had no receipt or email stating this item will be shipped.I was looking simply for a confirmation that this was actually goning to happen.
