The service I received was excellent, and shopping at Smitty’s was a pleasure. Donna was incredibly helpful, and I appreciated that I never felt any pressure during the process. The furniture was delivered earlier than expected, and the delivery team was both friendly and professional. I’m very pleased with the quality of the furniture—it looks great and is clearly well made.

If you have $500-1000 to spend per kitchen chair, this is the place for you. Not sure why you'd do it when a Mennonite will make a better one for less but knock yourself out. They do sell quality stuff though.
The staff were VERY kind and helpful, like old timey, good old days helpful. That alone raised my rating 2 stars.

Have ordered and received a custom leather chair and ottoman from Smitty's. Top notch customer service both on the delivery of the chair, and my pick up of the ottoman months later.
